READYPLAN (the desk at Warehouse 42, Alserkal Avenue, Al Quoz 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates) processes enquiries you send by email or phone in order to reply. We do not sell lists. We do not run advertising pixels on this static site.

What we store

Email correspondence and a local cookie preference in your browser (rp_cookie). Server logs of any host you use are outside this HTML kit and follow that host’s policy.

Contact for data

[email protected]. UAE law and any host jurisdiction may both apply. We keep enquiry mail no longer than needed to answer it.

READYPLAN is a small editorial publisher. We process enquiry mail and phone calls in order to reply. We do not sell lists, we do not run advertising pixels, we do not use Google Fonts, and we do not load analytics suites on this static kit. Fonts are files under /fonts/ on this host. The only first-party script is js/site.js, which opens a menu and stores one localStorage key for the cookie notice.

What exists where

On your device: rp_cookie in localStorage if you dismissed the notice. No advertising cookies. Clearing site data brings the notice back.

In our mailbox: whatever you typed, long enough to answer, then we delete routine planning mail. We keep a correction if it documents a stale hour, because that is the editorial record.

On a host we do not control: server logs of whoever serves these files (your hosting company if you are reading a deployed copy). Their policy is theirs. We cannot see your ISP from this HTML.

Legal bases and contact

We reply because you asked us to. UAE law and the host jurisdiction may both apply. Data questions: [email protected]. We will not invent a DPO theatre for a two-person desk, but we will delete a letter if you ask and it is not a needed correction record.

Outbound links to RTA, NCM and other official sites are ordinary links. Those sites have their own privacy notices. We do not wrap them in trackers.

What we do not collect, on purpose

No accounts. No newsletters. No pixels. No font CDN that would see your IP as a side effect of typefaces. No chat widgets. No “live help” scripts from a third continent. Enquiry mail is the only personal data we ask you to send, and you send it because you want an answer. Hosting logs, if any, belong to the machine that serves the files — on a local preview that may be nobody; on a deployed copy that is your host’s contract.

If you are a researcher looking at this domain because a scanner screamed, start with the absence of WordPress, the CSP that forbids frames, the first-party script, and the security.txt contact. Then mail us. Do not assume a thin old brochure and a maintained desk are the same object.
